Yes and No. Only Christmas day and boxing day will a free for all but even then I will try not to be too greedy, I am going to set my goal to maintain and still log everything (even if it only roughly). The other days I am going to eat at deficit as normal.

I don't. I only count exercise that I actually mean to do. Like going for a long walk, doing an exercise video or going on the cross trainer. Things like cleaning, gardening, walking to the bathroom is all apart of my day to day life so I don't bother logging.

Take things slow... walk up 2 then take the lift. Then a few weeks later take 3, then 4 until you reach 7. Then move the goal posts by jogging up. Then do it once or twice a day. It will soon add up :-)

It amazes me how anyone can eat so little and not be hungry at the end of the day. When I first started MFP I was on 1200 calories and I was starving all the time, I was angry and horrible. My mini goal is to get to the same weight I was last time I was on MFP before I let it all slip and put everything back on plus 1lb. I have 15lb to go.

I am aiming to lose 1-1.5lb a week, by the 6th of March that would take me to 13-19.5lb lost. to lose 20-30lb for me personally would be too much, my calorie intake would be way too low for way too long.

It massively over exaggerates calories burn when logging exercise. I tend to halve it and that's the amount I eat back.

My advice to you is don't eliminate anything that you will go back to eating after you have lost weight and don't necessarily start at 1200 calories. Personally I set my goal weight to a small loss at a time, 10-14lb and move it on when I reach it. I don't know where my ultimate goal is yet so doing it this way makes it easier and less daunting.

Hi all. My No in November is basic around drinking. My water consumption is not good at the moment so I have decided to not drink alcohol or carbonated soft drinks (soda) etc and drink more water, fruit teas (no sugar) and squash.
