I know how you feel. I lost 32lb last year and since New year I put almost all of it back on, all but 6lb. I struggled to get back on track too. Something just clicked and now I am determined again. I have drawn a line in the sand and deleted all of last year's weight entries, I started from zero again. What is done is…

Hi Cheryl from Tamworth =)

I don't buy things because they are low calorie, low fat, low sugar etc. I buy them because I like the taste or I don't buy them because I don't like the taste.

Awwwwww. I bet you will scrub up great. My partner has promised to put a ring on my finger this year. So I am looking to lose weight in preparation.

Cleaning my spare bedroom - so rock and roll

I wrap mine in tin foil. The juices from the chicken itself keep it moist. Plus only cook for around 30 minutes. Then cut it in half, if it's pink in the middle, cook for a bit longer. If it's not then its good to go.

During TOM I up my calories to maintenance. That way I can pretty much let my hormones do what the need to do but know where my upper most limit is.

A nice relaxing bath and a nice shoulder and back rub.

You can reset your start weight in settings. Choose update diary/fitness profile. Change your current weight to what you want your start weight to be. Then check in and edit previous entry. Delete all weights except the new one.

Instead of putting a photo of you now and it making you sad :( Keep that photo up to inspire you to where you want to be and let it make you smile :)

It's ok to eat chips and battered sausage if you make it fit into your day. Once in a while won't hurt.

I change my troll verdict to hypochondriac

If I thought for a second I had a tumour, I wouldn't be asking for advice on a weight loss forum. I would be seeking advice from medical professionals. For this reason, I am thinking the op is a troll.

Wrong. You eat 1200 calories. You burn 400 in exercise, this means you have a net of 800. There is no way your body can sustain on that. I have eaten back 1/2 my exercise calories and I have lost 34lb

Thank you :D I also just worked it out that in 1.1lb I will be classed as over weight and not obese!! Today just keeps getting better.

I don't bother logging at all.

I was 26 when I met my fella. I felt like I would never meet anyone. All good things come to those who wait.

Sounds like water retention to me. I would not worry, it will be gone soon.

I have another one. I put on the same jumpsuit I mentioned in the original post yesterday and I am 10lb lighter. My fella looked at me and said " wow, your boobs poke out the side now" I was mortified thinking I have the dreaded hang over. What he meant was that my waist is now more defined instead of being the same width…

I am a 30 yo, 5"5, female and I eat more than that. You should seriously think about upping your intake.

I work with 16 men in a commercial vehicle workshop. They all eat what they want, when they want. Just after New Year 2013, I took a set of scales into work to keep in my desk draw. When the lads saw me weighing my food our there was a bit of banter and a lot of p1$$ taking. Basically I told them to mind there own business…

I haven't heard from the mods so I know it's not been taken seriously. I do follow guidelines and I am just curious which post(s) caused offence to someone.
