Have you changed your workouts to keep your body guessing? If you always do the same stuff your body gets used to it, you need to change it up to workout different muscle groups.

my eliptical reads my HR from my chest strap...my eliptical is in my house so no interference but you do have a point about the height and gender..only that is in my HRM. I did count only the cals burned that were on my F6 so i'll just go with that.. Thanks for the input everyone!

i input my weight and age in my eliptical so shouldn't it be more accurate?
