I read somewhere that JM did an interview about this. The advertising company put thier spin on it and says to do it daily. Jillian said she would recommend 2 days of it, one day of another cardio, one day rest. Repeat. Stay on level 1 10x then move up, if you feel ready. Like I say, this is hearsay, but it is what I am…

Thank you for tips and encouragement. I will look for the scanner, have not come across that yet. I am using a tablet, not an iphone. I would log everything for my kids health, just do not like slowing down for myself. This is for my kids, too, though. A happy healthy mom will benefit them far more than where I am right…

Ckn and noodles, lol. Sounds so silly. All I could find was one hundred calorie soups etc. I had amish noodles in ckn broth with the meat and cream of celery. I am not giving up, that is how I got where I am. I am just venting, I guess.
