I mash up fingerling potatoes with some salt and just a tablespoon of skim milk. It is still potatoes, and it comes out a little purple but I think it is not too bad calorie wise when you leave out the butter and whole milk.

You can get thin or mini bagels that are 100 calories each & I like to pair with weight watchers pre-portioned cream cheese at 60 calories per portion.

Are you starving when it wears off, or is the appetite loss consistent? I have taken 5HTP supplements before and found I lost my appetite all day, but at night I was starving so it was a little hit or miss.
