  • I'd like to say that it's now been 6 months (2 months since origionally posting this topic)- still using MFP and the "Fat Head Diet" and I've actually lost 66 lbs now... crazy. hard to believe it's been this simple. 6 months. 66 lbs. eating Jr bacon cheeseburgers from wendys... for realz.
  • I have lost 57 lbs on this diet (need to update MFP #s). my most common meals are: two Jr BACON Cheeseburgers from wendys and a diet coke= 700 calories or two McDoubles and diet coke= 780 calories and I've lost 57 lbs... I also feel like my testosterone has spiked up a lot - I'm more confident, yeah a bit more agressive,…
  • I'm at 55 or 56 lbs lost now (5 more lbs than when I originally posted) Just wanted to let everybody know it's still working! ;-) Thanks for all the positive feedback- I've shared it all with the director of the movie - he was glad you all liked it!
  • about 1,600 calories a day-- but many days I end up around the 1,200 mark. I do cardio 4 to 5 times a week. level 14 resistance (depends on the machine-- but that's relatively high on the ones at the YMCA)-- the whole movie can be boiled down to this: VERY low carbs will make you misreable-- so shoot for around 80-100…
  • interestingly-- I have struck up a dialog with the producer main actor guy from Fat Head and I shared with him all your positive feedback just this evening- he thought it was cool everyone was watching his movie.
  • @ImperfektAngel-- I'd say if you've lost 67 lbs you're doing fine without the movie! hehe WTG
  • With! No joke-- I know it sounds bad- but the results speak for themselves I think
  • Well i didn't really drink in the first place- but I'd think some MGD 64s might be smart ;-). As long as you save up to use the calories it's allll good. Also- one crazy food I eat (after watching that movie I referenced in my first post) is jr bacon cheeseburgers... I'll do 2 for my lunch about 3 times a week- 700…
  • just toughed it through the first 2 weeks staying true to the calorie goals set in MFP. was misreable for about 2 weeks-- then it's been pretty easy ever since. I do exercise a lot so I can have more calories to eat-- i'll go about 5 days a week to the YMCA and burn anywhere between 600-800 calories each time I go.. I…
  • i am... I have a house by myself- got two closets. Before I lost 50 lbs I had made a fat closet and a skinny closet. and slowly I've moved just about all the old smaller, skinny clothes to my fat/regular closet... but it's really fun to go in the skinny closet and try on stuff that never fit me before and see that it does…
  • @nmescalera I did! I marched contra (Tuba) for the Bluecoats. Good times. I'm still a big fan
  • well-- the most important thing to consider is the NET calorie loss. This is found by subtracting the calories your body WOULD have burned had you been carrying out normal activity from the actual calories you burned while exercising. This # would be the safe amount to re-eat if you wanted. Eventually- after a month or two…
