Definitely go check out Central Park while you are here. Early Dec weather wise can be very different. It's typically not too bad though, cool but feels good. January and February are the really harsh months.

That is great. I am having trouble kicking the no smoking habit and I feel it drags me down. I quit for 2 months last winter and became very active..lost 30 but gained it all back when I started smoking again...did u quit cold turkey?

I have lost 20 lbs in about 2 months and that was thru the holidays which I slacked off more than I should have. It probably could of been close to 30lbs. You can do it. Friend request me if you like. Make sure you log in your food and weigh it. Definitely helps a lot.

Whey Protein isn't necessary. Main focus should be eating well and getting exercise. Logging your food here and keeping track of everything works if you stick with it. I would be more focused with that. But I do use Whey protein before the gym, I mix it with almond chocolate milk, a banana, and the protein. More so bc I go…
