Great post - love the change in style and fashion as you lost weight. Also couldn't agree more than Fitbit and MFP are useful tools.

Wow your legs are amazing.
-
Great progress - what a difference in your face, great cheekbones.

Congratulations on quitting and not letting the first few days of craving scare you off. Your method may not work for everyone but it has worked for many others including, thankfully, you. Anyone who has done something to improve their health warrants a thumbs up. Don't let anyone rain on your parade. Also, as a non-smoker…

Wow - great job.

Wow - you look incredible.

Great job and an incredible accomplishment in just one year. I'm also over 50 and agree that health worries are a great motivator to get started...but then you stay for the skinny jeans ;)

Great transformation. I would be interested in learning more about your diet and what got you back on track after a "down" period.
-
Well done - you have a great mind set and a solid support system. The world is yours!

Great work - you are half my age but the truth is always the same. Losing while rocking it in and out of the gym looks miles better than just losing the same weight to be skinny. I see a Oxygen fitness mag cover in your future. [Edited by MFP Staff]

I think he was acknowledging that your hard work at the gym is really beginning to show and it was totally meant as a compliment. Yes, he used "bro" language but hey when a guy uses language that is the same as he would use with a guy it just means he knows you are working as hard and it shows. He doesn't actual think you…

Great job - I am in the process of getting rid of my "meno-belly". I hope my waist looks like yours when I'm done!

My partner is 62 and is training now for another marathon. He started around your age and never looked back. Congrats - you now have a new lease on life and look, and I'm sure feel, incredibly happy.

Incredible transformation.
-
Well done - you look wonderful.
-
Wow - great job. I like the 5 lbs at a time approach.
-
Congratulations - sometimes hard work really does payoff in spades.
-
Great progress in such a short time - impressive.

You look great - but you should still wear a suit and not just a tie for the actual ceremony. ;)

In one of my weaker moments, I signed up for this diet and did it for 3 months. I did lose weight but agree with other posters that you can lose weight just as well by putting together your own diet. The food, for the most part, tasted awful and was quite expensive. I can't imagine why a doctor would recommend only one…

Panache Sport Ultimate Hi Impact Sports Bra 5021 is excellent and available at ebay for a reasonable price. Brand New Freya Active U/W Moulded Sports Bra 4892 is also a good one. If you are a D or less you have much more choice but these are good choices for the uber busty who can't just walk into Victoria Secret.

Great photos and storey - and absolutely love the last outfit. It is a small thing but being able to wear that with confidence and have fun must have made it all so worth it.
-
Congratulations on all your accomplishments. The fact that you really love the sports you are participating in will serve you well.

Great job - such dedication.

While I think you should try to reach the "look" you want for yourself, looking at your picture, if I ran into you at a coffee shop I would be thinking "I wonder what she does to carve out that fine work of art of a body". I would even be tempted to ask but, like most, people would never have the nerve. Just thought I…

Great job - before you know it, you will reach your goal at a nice, steady pace like this.
-
Great progress and nice to hear that you found an activity you love (no one wants to dread exercise!). The difference in your waist and face are particularly noticeable.

I don't think eating clean is necessary to lose weight but clean recipes are useful if you one of those people who is trying to reduce (not necessarily eliminate) the amount of added sugar or packaged food you're eating or if you need to change your eating for health reasons/direction from your doctor. In terms, of losing…

Well done - anyone ever tell you you look like Blake Shelton?

Wow - those last two photos really grabbed my attention and looking at them must make you realize that your hours in the gym were all well worth it. You really were ready for your close-up(s)
