This past weekend was my first ever physique competition. I was extremely nervous but excited for the event that I worked so hard for in and out
of the gym. As everyone here knows there is so much more than just lifting weights to have a nice body. I ended up finishing 1st in my class and also got overall physique. I was very ecstatic to see my hard work get recognized. My message to everyone "keep pushing!"
