I wanted it for energy but realize it's stupid.

Yeah I posted a similar post to this & everyone said not to do supplements.

I was just telling my mom I think I have CFS. I've been researching it & I have 6 out of 8 symptoms, including the ones that give it the name.

My blood is fine, but the apnea I will look into!

Thank you for a positive reply.. my fatigue causes are unknown. I have many theories but no doctor told me why I'm tired all the time. I've adjusted my sleep schedule many times. I've added naps, both long & short. I heard being active gives you energy so I'm trying that. Caffeine makes me sleepy so I can't do that. When I…

It's invalid because like I said, I wanted to take them later on if my energy levels are still low. Later on meaning when I'm eating 1,600 calories & have figured out more foods I can eat. The foods I added today didn't cause a problem. That's what I meant by it's working. I know IBS doesn't just magically go away. It…

I had fatigue problems before I took out my trigger foods. I posted the "I'm starving myself" thing earlier & got so much good advice that I have tried already & it's working. I'm eating at least 1,300 calories & gonna raise them gradually everyday. So the starving myself thing is invalid now. I wanted to start taking…

Thank you all. I was looking into them because I have problems with being fatigued all the time. Caffeine just makes me more tired. I think my solution is to force myself to get up & move. Eventually my body will get used to being active... hopefully.

OMG I wasn't expecting people to actually read this! It means a lot just responding. Thanks :) & yeah I have come a long way. I've been unhealthy since I hit puberty. Like yall said, I finally reached a point in my life where I know what to do about my weight. I've also reached the highest peak of motivation! It's been a…

I'm listenin to all of you & again, thanks... but quinoa? I have only heard of that once. Hmm. I'll try that.

I have found that healthier foods are safer for me. I might have IBS BECAUSE I used to binge on junk food. So again, I'm trying different foods out & eliminating the triggers.

Ana, I mentioned many times, hummus & few pita chips are safe for me. My doctor told me to eliminate trigger foods. After about 6 months of adjusting my diet, I have found only these foods are safe for me. I only feel discomfort when I eat too fast. Hookilau, eating too fast causes your stomach to expand too quickly, which…

ok thanks!

The foods & drinks I mentioned are, out of all the foods & drinks I've tried in my almost 19 years of living, are the only ones that I can eat & drink. They still mess me up a bit but that's probably due to me eating & drinking fast. When I say fast I mean I don't take breaks to even breathe in between bites & sips. I had…

Thank you Karen!

I only drink the detox tea every other day & I'm doing it for 28 days. So that's only 14 days of drinking it. I don't want to be dependent on laxatives, I just want to poop normally which would happen if I ate more & ate balanced meals. The teas I bought because I'm a really big tea enthusiast & it claims to help boost…

Metamucil does do the trick !
-
Never thought of that! Thanks :) I currently drink a type of tea that includes ginger. I'll google it to see if it is one of the anti-inflammatory foods.

Thanks for the replies guys! Yeah, I'm basically on a mixture of paleo, gluten free, lactose free, & pescatarian. Paleo with the exception of hummus & occasional pita chips. Can't take hummus away from me EVER! Good idea on adding oils & fats. Olive oil is high in MUFAs that burn belly fat. So that's good. I add it with my…

Ooooh forgot fish upsets me less! Thanks for reminding me haha

Calculate your tdee then subtract 15-20% of that for weightloss. For instance, ones tdee may be 2,000.. meaning that's how many cals they need to fuel their body per day. Subtract 400 (20%) which would be 1,600 for weightloss. You're clearly not eating enough is what I'm trying to say. I may be wrong though.. won't find…

I calculated your tdee & it's a little over 2,000 cals, meaning that's how much cals you need to maintain your weight with your current exercise level. Subtract 15-20% will be around 1,700 calories for weightloss. ^^his answer was right too.
