I think Tim's is an acquired taste. I do not like their coffee. But they seem like nice people.

Every time I wanted to snack or sleep when it wasn't time to, I took a walk around the block or popped in an exercise DVD or even just did sit ups. Every time. For a month. Then I stopped wanting to do It. I have certain times I can snack and eat meals and I log everything. I also have my calorie settings to only lose a…

My exact goals :) I am a little taller at 5'4.5 but extremely athletic, so it isn't about what the scale says as much as it is how my clothing is fitting. I'm at about 143 right now and fitting into an 8P (petite, aka short legs) but I'd really like to see a 6 fit, so the goal is 135ish.

I have heard weight lifting is a good way to tone, and that women don't do it enough because we are intimidated by all the "stuff" in the weight room. They stay to start with 5 pound barbells for arms and to get someone to help you with lower body weights. I think that is really supposed to help you tone cellulite.

I am a roller dancer. It's like ballroom but on skates. I skate 5 days a week, usually 2-3 hours.

I am a roller dancer. I dance 5 days a week, sometimes 7 if I am preparing for a competition. :) I dance skate both team and solo.

It is good for me to see that; it totally grossed me out. Now I will not go dig for the Trader Joe's S'Mores I was considering.

If you really are hungry, I suggest vegetables. Crunchy ones. Celery, kale, carrots, etc. Keep some clean, bagged, and ready to munch. Sure it may be another 100 calories and your weight loss may slow down a tad, but hungry people binge eat.

Congratulations, that is fantastic!

At 5'5" a good weight goal is a range between 110-140, and if you are athletic, you may weigh more but still be in great physical condition. I am 5'4" and 1/2; at 146 I am too heavy and would like to be about 130-135, but I decided it was unrealistic. When I weigh 130 I am very small for my body type and its hard to…

I am a mom of twins, married 11 years, with 4 dogs and a rabbit. I work outside the home. My own Mom was obese, and while I was growing up I watched her struggle with her weight, and various health issues that came with it. Consequently, I'm constantly on a diet. The good news is I'm an athlete and it helps me to keep…

I can tell you what works for me. I really like to eat a lot of food. If I eat small portions or 'too healthy' I go off the rails at night sometimes. One thing I do is plan foods that will fill my plate but aren't high in calories for dinner, since I cheat at night. So I make a really really big salad and I put in three…

19 is a tough age. Try to take some focus off of yourself. If you feel ugly or bad, do some push ups, pet the dog, offer to help your Mom fold laundry or take out the trash. Basically anything that keeps you busy and is productive. You'll have the cleanest room on the block and the push ups will be really good after a few…

Hi! I am female, 5'4", 42 years old, and I'm moderately athletic, doing cardio about 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. I have been doing Weight Watchers for more years than I care to remember, just to maintain a weight in the upper 'normal' range, but I would really like to be in the middle range for my height (130-136 pounds)…

I admit I have sprayed my shoes with Chanel Mademoiselle the night before going to the gym. I have smelly shoes. I don't think it helped.

If I eat one of something small but candy like I don't log it. 1 peanut M & M isn't logged. I also don't log diet cokes or other zero calorie drinks.

Tea is always good especially if it's fruity. :) The hard part is not snacking on baked goods they always sell at meets. I'd come armed with grapes, celery sticks with a little reduced cal PB, maybe some popcorn (paper bag, popcorn kernels, fold top of bag and put a piece of tape on it to close, microwave maybe 2 min.,…

I'm a tiny bit over 5'4", but my goal is 136. When I am 136 I can wear a size 6 (petite). Once I went nuts and weighed about 125, and then I was fitting into size 2-4, but I can't maintain that weight and many people asked me if I was sick.
