In the case of weight loss and fitness--an endeavor that many try and fail all the time around you--success is so rare, very few people have true examples to look upon. So I think because few succeed, when you become one of the few and you do it in a noticeable time frame, it can become unsettling, because subconsciously…

I had heard of these products, so I decided to look up the description for fresh breasts: Fresh Breasts® was scientifically created to keep you and your “girls” dry and unchafed so there’s no more of those uncomfortable and awkward arm-crossed encounters. Women can now rest easy; we’re replacing “swoobs” – dreaded boob…

I second getting another small tv, even if you have to stretch an extension cord to the backyard to have some real space and peace of mind, while the "boys" veg in front of the other tv. I too workout at home and know all about having to work with what I have, because compromising in my house is not an option either.

Love this . So, so sad though...

Basically what the following quote beautifully points out, even those she clearly is on team "Get over it!". You can get from that statement that it actually is harder for women, but we just need to stick it out. Just curious, what do men think they deal with that is comparable to the internal "going ons" of a woman?…

No sympathy at all for the plight of the woman, even from the few women that responded :noway: Kind of figured this is how MFP would respond

 Okay Okay. So concerns related to pregnancy, TOM, or great support for the "knockers" don't influence your opinions??

:noway: Seriously? There is not one non-alcoholic drink that could do it for you? Most alcohol doesn't even taste good to a "virgin"--just saying...people don't usually start drinking for the "taste"...

Just a quickie run down, I am about 50lbs from my goal weight so my results may be better than someone who has less to lose, but I had great results. I am on my final week of Beta and I lost inches and about 20lbs since I started, and my stamina has greatly improved. I did not follow the nutrition plan. The workouts are…

This made me laugh too hard, now people around me think I am crazy. :blushing:

I would say in the beginning you can even incorporate the baby, until you work your way up. I would put the baby in a stroller and get a little jog/walk going on, until it gets to be too easy. Probably be exciting for the baby too!

 Nope--pretty sure it was the stupidity exhibited on this thread that caused the OP to delete her account... She should have done what I do in the forums--believe that all stupid comments are sarcasm :noway:

Great results! 30DS was also the first exercise vid I did, and it also took me a month and a half to do as well. I got great results too :) And I am on to T25 and feel like if I never did 30DS I would not be almost through T25 Beta right now. I definitely recommend it as a great starter vid for anybody.

^^ this. Coming out of a class with a bunch of a classmates once, I had this guy proclaiming his recent weight loss success and making jokes for all to hear. He reaches a point where he states that he was excited that his thighs didn't rub anymore. He proceeded to nudge me with his elbow and said "Sucks doesn't it?"--with…

OMG! It is as if I wrote this post word for word. I too am going through the same thing. I am just feeling that the comments are unwanted. Thanks for telling me I look good, but I know what my goal fitness level is and I am not there yet...

Yeah it really was an unexpected pump up, and yeah I was waiting for the stretching too. I think they intended for us to get duped . Ript' circuit is not my favorite by far, felt kind of low key. But those very last moves with the leg lifts made me yell at Shaun T for the first time :blushing:.

Did Beta W1D2 and OMG! I should hate Speed 2.0 but I didn't, my lazy *kitten* actually liked it....strange ...

I must admit, I do not have a food scale and do understand why it would be a necessity for a lot of ppl. I however, only use measuring cups and I honestly don't plan on purchasing one, because right now even if I am over estimating it appears to not have affected my weight loss. I lost 50 pounds with my measuring cups…

I actually started W1D1 of Beta today, and yes it is harder than alpha cardio. I think my body is upset about the new moves. I don't care, I am curious about what else is going on in Beta, and I'm extremely happy for a break from TBC. 3 times in week 5 makes you hate it.....now that I am thinking about it, Beta probably…

I actually like gatorade, that sounds good. I have wondered about the perfect water intake, and whether I am balanced, that's a good start. Yeah mostly jogging/running, but the cramping has flared up during other forms of cardio. The breathing technique sounds like something I can try--although it is not an area I must…

I love the Nabisco 100 cal snack packs, most notably the chocolate covered pretzels.
