Today was HIIT again and core work 1 hour 15 min total.

Yesterday was 6.76 miles walking at 3.7 mph, three rounds of HITT (10 exercises, 1 min on, 28 seconds off) and one round of a core challenge.

1/1/2014 14,672 an hour walk helped with this total hopefully today's goal is to match that number plus 30 min on the stationary bike.

Great Job!!! I just took a nice hour long walk to increase my steps for the day hopefully that will get me close to 10,000!
