    Tempo run on the treadmill - from 6mph to 7.5, 2mph increments every 2 min. start again after 1 min at 7.5, finish at 8mph. 2.75 miles covered in 25 min.

    Cycle home after work.

    Cardio day. Zumba if I have time, HIIT if I don't. I need to work off the donuts I ate this morning. Well, one of them, at least. :smile:

    Today was cardio day - I did a 37 cardio kickboxing/HIIT routine and a 15 minute feel-good stretching/Pilates routine from FitnessBlender.

    Glad to have my one cardio session for the week out of the way. Tomorrow is a lifting day (push press, pull-ups, tricep dips, incline bench press).

    Taught a "Judo for MMA" class this morning, then we did a Shark Tank for 3 of our guys who have fights coming up in the next 2-3 weeks. (Shark Tank is one person fighting someone new every minute)

    I'm going to a Zumba Gold class in about an hour. And I take beginning Salsa dancing on Thursday evenings.

    Today I will be running stairs.

    My current regiment includes a body-weight circuit (squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, jumping jacks, dumbbell rows) and abs. I do this Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday I run stairs. I always try to incorporate a little yoga here and there, as well. I don't have a gym membership, so this works for me!

    My adult Jazz class - favorite exercise of mine! If I can still walk after, I'd like to squeeze in a run later.

    I am in the midst of a 12 hour work day...so not much exercise for me today...i did get a half mile walk in at break though...not as much exercise as I'd have liked. Also going out of my way to walk to the fax machine as much as possible for more steps too :)

    I wish you posted this Saturday, when I had a half hour of horseback riding and then an hour of Zumba :)
