Well, it depends on what you are doing. I don't think it is bad unless you are over training a certain muscle group. Just remember to get plenty of rest after the gym or make sure you have a rest day to aid recovery.

I have been thinking the same thing and thank you for posting this topic. I don't think it is accurate, but I still add it for tracking purposes. I have learned a lot from this thread and will now be looking into a HRM. Thanks =)

I have heard that is works the same way as green tea. I am not so sure about the burping part. I think a little goes a long way with Cinnamon. I am thinking about trying it with my oatmeal to give it a little flavor when I am out of fruit.

I do not eat my exercise calories. I make sure I eat good meals through out the day and eat 1700 calories. I am never starving or super hungry because I eat my last meal after I have already worked out.

I like Tofu but never cooked with it myself. I am worried about all the research I have been doing about soy, and all the negative stuff I have read, so I make sure I watch how much I eat and keep it to a minimum.

I eat a banana every morning. I don't see any negative results and still loosing. I am not sure there isnt a bad fruit out there to be honest as long as you just watch your portions. :)

I ran one 3 years ago. It was the SJ "Rock n Roll" 1/2. It was awesome! I sadly let myself go! I am back to training for my second this year! I ran my first 5K in three years yesterday and I realize I have a long way to go.

whoa, that is a crazy. I was told to drink 8 - 8oz glasses of water last Friday. You can drink more but don't shoot for some crazy amount. This is just my two cents.
