You should switch up your routine if you go everyday...maybe try something like yoga or water exercise, so not so much stress is put on your body.

Cardio shouldn't really be bad. If you DO hit the gym twice a day and do strength training then you're a major noob, since muscles need time for recovery.

its not "bad" you just need to make sure you are eating enough calories to combat what your burning... and if you just started working out twice a day prob isnt a great idea because going from nothing to a lot can be damaging to muscles/ joints. the first time i started to work out about a year ago i did the same thing and was so sore and burnt out that i stopped going all together. i am a huge advocate for you knowing whats best for your body and what works, but be careful! 2 hrs of cardio a day is A LOT.

I don't see a problem with it, as long as you're taking in enough water, protein, and nutrients. Shoot -- I'm pretty sure professional athletes work out at least two hours a day.

I would add in some strength and stretching, though.

Have you ever met a triathlete? They train 2 times a day regularly and are some of the healthiest, most fit people you'll meet. It never hurt me to do cardio twice a day, or cardio + strength training in one day, and I did it regularly for 5 years. You just need to make sure you take rest days to recover.

Well, it depends on what you are doing. I don't think it is bad unless you are over training a certain muscle group. Just remember to get plenty of rest after the gym or make sure you have a rest day to aid recovery.
