Ive had stretch mark since before I even had my son, I find that the best you can do is work out, but make sure to be toning because that will at least help reduce the size.

I just got an ft4 also and I LOVE it. Those machines annoy me when I get on and it all of a sudden knows what im burning without me even entering any information? Yea right....

I love working out and I get a huge kick out of it. I work out 6 days a week and would go seven but I have two jobs and a two year old. I dont see why there would be a problem with that.

lost over 20 pounds last year, stopped tracking once I ended up in a relationship,got promoted to a front desk job and gained it all back. Moral of the story is dont let relationships allow you to stop working out.
