Congrats! My work pants are really baggy now that i have lost 25 lbs.

Feelings: I have lost my first 20 lbs and I feel like I won't lose any more weight. I've been doing really good and eat good but is it me trying to self sabotage my weight lose. I have never lost more then 20 lbs before and I'm really scared i will gain all the weight back.

The worst thing about losing weight for me is my co-workers or friends telling don't get to skinny or you are losing weight to fast. I hate explaining to people that I am still at a unhealthy weight and I need to be healthy.

I have lost 17 lbs but i haven't notice anything measure maybe a little difference in my pants . I am 5'11 so I guess it probably will take about 30 lbs to see a difference.

The first time i realized I need to lose weight was when I walk up one flight of steps and I could not breath. I was quickly approach 275 and I was disgusted. I decided to visit to a weight loss doctor and he told me I was over weight by 80 lbs. I am ready to shed this weight and be healthy again.
