Sometimes I have to remind myself that one bad day... shouldn't cause me to slip all together. Ive come a long way but i still have so far to go! Ive become comfortable with how i look... but im not healthy and thats my overall goal (self acceptance and being healthy)
So Im BACK AT IT!!.... 3 Months of Maintaining .. now its time to finish what i started

    Way to go, I've lost the same...although I can't find any pics of me lol. I hid from t he camera. So it's really good to see how someone else has benefited from the weight loss :D
