Anything with rich dark chocolate. Fortunately it doesn't take a big portion to make me happy. :)

I hope things are going well for you! I lost 40 lbs. in my 40's - so it's doable. This community helped. Though I'm not very active I'm always happy to chat about what worked for me.

One square of quality dark chocolate, usually Lindt. I have found that one square is all I need to satisfy that little bit of sweet craving I sometimes get after dinner. I can't eat a lot of chocolate at once, so I guess I'm lucky. Otherwise it's fruit!

Thanks for all the confirmations and good advice! I do believe I get enough iron from vegetables. I am generally low carb in my diet (gluten intolerant). I do have to build up some more muscle, I mostly do cardio not a ton of strength training. Stay warm everyone! Summer's coming...

Feel free to add me! I sympathize completely since I work 10 - 14 hour days. Hard to stay healthy with all the stress and hours away from home. Wishing you the best!

Surprised how healthy ingredients add up. Had a green salad with some added fruit, an ounce of Havarti cheese, walnuts, sunflower seeds - all added up it was over 420 calories! Only 50 of that was due to olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

That's a very good tip I've started to follow.

That's exactly it -- I find that everyone's different. In my case, my body is hydrated with much less than that per day.
