Hi, I am new to the challenge, but would like to join please. TIA!

I sprinkle mine with parmesean and fresh ground black pepper; it's soooo good!

Hi, I am back again as well. Have 35 lbs to lose and a bad knee so exercising is off the table for now. Good luck and deciding to start is a hurdle we've crossed! Yay!

I took one today and my gym hooks you up with a HR monitor and displays your stats during the class, including your calorie burn. Mine was 579 for 49 minutes of class (first class..took a while to get set up). I manually added it.

I don't know much about it in adults, but my son was diagnosed with it shortly after he was born. (he is 3 now). He was put on medicine and eventually grew out of it. But while he had it, eating smaller, frequent meals as well as not lying flat helped a little. As far as sweet things go, fruit is probably the best thing.…

YUM! Look up the nigiri and sashimi, you can have quite a bit for low cal. Add the cucumber or seaweed salad or an edamame appetizer for some bulk/fiber. Enjoy your lunch!

I made egg white "muffins." I used 9 or ten egg whites, added some sauteed onions and spinach, cheddar cheese and halved grape tomatoes. Poured it into a muffin tin (12 count) that I sprayed with Pam. Baked at 350 for 12-15 minutes. I ate two a day for breakfast. They warm up nicely in the microwave and held their shape…

Just to weigh in (haha), I am on Level 3 Day 6. I started watching my calories at the same time I started this video. At Day 17, I had lost 8.5 lbs., lost 2 inches off my waist, and 1.5 inches off my hips. I am 5'6", SW 166.8, GW 140 just for a little background. It definitely works and I can't wait to see what the final…

That was lovely! And described my life to a T! I can add it's changed my thought process as well..before I make any decision that could change my life, routine, house, etc. I think is this good for my boys?

I have a 2 and 3 year old. They tried to do the dvd with me but gave up. I have more of an issue keeping them and their toys out of my path so I don't do jumping jacks on their hands. :( (hasn't happened yet) I've resorted to getting up at 5:00am to have some alone time.

AMAZING!! Great job!!! Be proud beautiful lady!! :) We are proud of you!

Good Morning All! I am 39 and live close to Chicago. I have 2 boys, aged 2 and 3. I work full time and have to travel at times. I lost my baby weight but wasn't fit. After I stopped nursing and switched to this current job, my stress levels and weight have gone up. I started running last year after I turned 39 and ran my…

Also, I made Salmon last week. I just squeezed a lemon on the filets, put some salt and pepper on it, and baked it. We ate it with brown rice and asparagus. The leftovers I ate on a salad with Lighthouse sesame ginger dressing. Soo yummy. You could use that dressing as a marinade as well.

I just bought some Cod today to make fish tacos! Make a marinade with lime juice, a little olive oil, cilantro, and garlic. (don't marinade it too long, the lime juice will "cook" the fish) Either bake or sauté the fish. Throw it in a corn tortilla with some chopped lettuce or cabbage, more lime juice, cilantro (or salsa…
