Its 1 day..., just enjoy it for what it was and move on, most of us just did this but for 2-3 weeks over christmas.

This is interesting, as even country to country some foods/additives that are considered safe/healthy in some are banned in others.

Id say fit them into your calorie allowance over the next few days/weeks, if you are trying to make a lifestyle change from less to more nutrionally dense foods, this will at least help you to keep within your assigned intake.

Go to a doctor/naturopath and get your hormone levels checked to see if they are within normal ranges, they will then advise you on how to proceed. I personally prefer natropathy, but thats just me.

Thanks Ceci! Good luck with the Marthon training and the maintenance. Ill be doing 5:2 for the first 2 weeks of December, but then hubby to be is home for 3 whole weeks! Yay! So will just be enjoying life and getting back on track in the New Year.

Yeah I have heard the same thing about having children, but I have prior medical issues to the endometriosis that would make it a problem. I don't eat red meat now but my saturated fat intake is quite high, so I'll have a look into that. Thanks for taking the time to respond :)

You may have been a bit off with your measurements 2 months ago and scales can always be a bit off by a bit. 2kg is not significant by any means.
