I would think if you passed out at the gym it seems youre unable to guage for yourself if you're well enough to exercise. Work out why you binge. If it's emotional, deal with whatever brings it on. If that means counselling, go get it. If it's boredom try a new hobby. Right there is your answer, likely increased sodium = water retention. Increased activity level = water retention. You'll be ok, you'll come to see how normal that kind of this is as your jorney preogresses. Keep up the good work :flowerforyou:

1 week is nothing to be upset about, especially as a woman the fluctuations in water weight alone can be substantial. I lose on 1900 so I can totally understand not gaining at 2000. My maintenance is about 2600 right now, though I am fairly active and weigh 208 pounds, how sure are you of your numbers?
