2 stone and 2 dress sizes

Started this summer. Am now as the title says 2 stone and today had to change out of my UK size 22 jeans after they literally fell down past my bum (so glad I was home) into UK size 20. Started as a snug 24.
Small success story compared to some of you amazing people but its a start and makes me believe I can lose the rest too
