So I have been kind of off track as far as tracking what I eat for the past week and a half. Lots going on in my life, and I just haven't been taking the time to log my foods. But there is good news. Apparently I have learned enough on MFP that I am still doing ok. I am weighing in this week at 225lbs. That is 3 pounds…

Sorry for the late check in. I was away camping for the weekend. A good week for me I am down to 232. 3 lbs away from my HP goal. WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!

Started the week at 236. I think this week will be a great week for me. Stepped on the scale this morning and was very happy. I will probably post my weight on Friday this week because I am going camping this weekend and will not be back until Tuesday. Great job so far house. Keep up the good work!
