Totally agree!!!!!!! They are soo annoying. All i know is getting back into the gym, healthy diet and being consistent with both... you'll see results. And whenever i think im not loosing or its taking too long....I always remember it took a year or two to put it on...so why wouldnt it take a year or two to get it back…

When i first started out runnin, i'd do a 2 mins of walking, 2 mins of running, 1 min of a sprint, then go back to then repeat while i was on the treadmill. It helped me out alot and i feel like i can run longer. Once i started that, then i started to do where i'd run for say 10 mins straight, the next day i'd do 11, 12…
