  • Um, regular ramen noodles are full of yuk. I would definitely use a miracle noodle or miracle rice so there isn't a lot of fat and carbs from the noodle.
  • I use Jay Robb Whey protein shake mix with "so delicious" sugar free vanilla coconut milk. You can get the jay rob in several flavors in whey or egg protein on Amazon for a good price. It's made with Stevia instead of sugar and is the best tasting I have found after trying numerous.
  • Green tea is great. Water intake should be 1/2oz per lb of body weight a day. So if someone weighed 200lbs their daily water intake should be 100oz. This includes green tea. :smile:
  • I use Jay Robb whey protien shake mix which is the best tasting I have found, comes in several flavors and is made with Stevia, not sugar. I usually make it with sugar free coconut milk or water. It's a convenience thing and if I am fasting to detox my body or do a cleanse it provide good protein quick and easy.
