@AllanMisner Thank you! In my legs/butt weight lifting session on Monday and thursday I already do squats and deadlifts. Should I just add the rows, bench press, ect to that and call it full body and do that 2/3 times a week?

@Allanmisner Goals are to build and maintain muscle. Ive been in the fitness 'world' for a few years now. Mainly cardio but most recently got into weight lifting.

I sadly dont have a bench but i can work without it. Ill look into it, thanks! Im following a certain programme at the moment which requires legs and glutes to be worked on the same day, so i thought id just stick with that plan.

I have to have flavoured dark chocolate if it's going to be strong. I'm on the Orange dark chocolate at the moment - moving on slowly to raspberry dark chocolate. Mint had GOT to be the best though

I used to buy already made sausage rolls, take the meat out and put Cadbury mini eggs in them and eat the chocolate and pastry together... That was a bad phase :neutral_face:

I've lost 74lbs!! I used to weigh 224 lbs and now I'm 150lbs :) I did lose 100lbs before, but I ended up putting half of that back on. It's taken about 3-4 years. On and off :smile:

They recommend the ridiculous low of 1200 or just above and as i said, i dont want to lose muscle. Plus, ive had experience with a very low cal 'diet' and it didnt make me feel my best.

The implant doesn't make you gain weight. Eating to much does. You're obviously eating more than you are claiming to be eating. The implant does increase hunger though, so maybe your just unconsciously snacking to rid of the hunger?

I started 224lbs and I now weigh 164lbs. I've lost 60 lbs over a course of 3 years. I do have a bit of an issue with loose skin but that is because my weight yo-yoed quite a bit.

I very much doubt that you gained 7lbs of fat in a week. Most of it is likely to be water retention. You were celebrating an amazing thing. How about, you consider that everyone is different and that not everybody's mind processes the same. What if someone had a mental disorder - that changed their relationship with food badly and just asked for some advice?
