Blogilates/Plant Based whole foods Eating

Hello Everyone! I am looking for like minded friends that can take part in my ups and downs during my lifestyle change, share the workout pain and soreness talk and swap recipes for a delicious tasting meal. If you are doing the Blogilates Beginner Calendar or a vegan or a plant based whole foods eater. Let me know! Just wondering if there are any active people on this site that I can relate to :)

    I love the workouts I've had so far!

    I'm not a vegan though. I'm a flexiterian - which means I do eat meat but certain types and not very often!

    That is great news is this your first month doing Blogilates? How are you finding the workouts in regards to the length of time they last and the ability to complete all the reps?
  • Yeah it's my first month of doing it. I had known about Blogilates for a while but didn't have the willpower to do it, but now it has finally hit me! :)

    Some of the moves in the workout vids are a little bit hard for me at the moment but I still do the best I can with them.
    By the end of each workout I'm literally dripping with sweat!
    And the soreness the day after! Omg, I love it!
