i have restless leg syndrome to theres nights it drives my husband nuts cause my legs are moving soo muchbut what i am finding out on my own is with all the excercise that im doing its been helping it a little. im not on meds for it

i love the unlce bens wild rice its soo good... i would put what ever seasoning you like on it and try it that way.

if u look at the bottom of the screen when your looking for a excercise it gives you the option to add it if its not there. :)

i make a fresh brewed pitcher every day and drink the entire pitcher. just green tea bags and water... and put it in the fridge its sooo good.

what i did was got rid of all the crap in the house. i had to cause it would just make it easy for me to say ahh just one. yea right... we have a aldis here and stock up on there 100 cal snack packs. they are wonderful and do the trick.. mabye try that. for our daughter tho we have popcorn and other healthy snacks for…
