  • Get yourself a HRM (heart rate monitor) with a chest strap. I have the polar ft7...the ft4 is just as good. they run about 89 at Academy but its so worth it its not even funny. The plain wrist ones arent as good. You cant feel the chest strap so it doesnt bother you.. It will tell you the calories you are burning as well…
  • I like will smith radio for my workouts...its not just him of course but a lot of the hip hop tunes from the 80s 90s and today that have a similar beat....great to walk to and get you motivated:)
  • Thanks so much....Im sticking with it......felt great this morning...just having a rough afternoon;) the laughing cow light swiss is only 35 calories a wedge and I eat it on celery...thats a pretty good snack.....I just feel like Im constantly eating....ironically enough Im not used to that...I used to eat 3 meals a day…

  • Thanks, Kamoira!! I finally figured it out under the help section...I should have just come back to this:) I also found another site with a database for zumba so I added it to this sites exercises:) hopefully will get that polar today if they have one at academy
