I'm in the same boat - sprained wrist and I feel like I've totally lost all use of it, I had just started to get in to weights too.. Interested in others opinions..

Looks spot on to me, MFP will say that small loss but remember it's not about the scale - tape measure is our friend :) Enjoy :)

Have you read the stickies?! This is to be expected - I gained 8lb during my reset, first month of cut I lost 4lb and even more important...4 inches (plus felt a million time better, strong hair/nails, full of energy) I'm weighing in/measureing monthly which is working well for me. Please don't give up, it's just part of…

For me, change is always good. Your body can get too used to the same routine, you need to challenge yourself for your body to react. The hour loss to me is no biggy, just try and up the weights you're using to increase the burn? Just my personal opinion :)

That comes tomorrow for my leaving do - that's a whole other celebration :)

I would say never net below your BMR - this is what your body needs just to function. You need to feed your body enough to lose weight.

Thanks guys :) Love this..

Eat the same amount every day, your body needs to get in to a routine so it doesn't store - get your metabolism going.
-
Stay with it - I gained 8lb during my reset, now week 4 of my cut and I feel great, it is worth it..you just need to push through this part! Good luck Tails x

Fairly new myself, week 4 of Cut - feel free to add :) Tails x

Hiya Your TDEE -15/20% already accounts for your excercise calories so you need to hit that daily, you only need to go over if you burn off more calls and go under your BMR - so say you have to hit 2000 calls a day and your BMR is 1500, if you burn 600 cals you need eat an additional 100 to bring your net back up to 1500…

Our stats are very similar, I have to hit 140g and I'm struggling with it..getting closer though, plus if I'm lifting weights now my body will need the protein...and it's keeping me full which is always a plus :)
-
Congats to you!! Fab news - if it was me I would eat at TDEE I guess, lil one will need the goodness :)
-
Well done girl - great stuff!
-
Spot on to me :) Good luck x

If you are exercising on a regular basis then you need to add this in to the mix and include it in your TDEE - to me your figures seem quite low. If you include your exciercise in the TDEE then you do not eat back the calories (as it is already incuded in the figures) - if you have not put them in to the TDEE figure then…

Give it time for your body to adjust - it took me a good few weeks to get in to teh swing of things, I really do feel it works so don't give up on it, eat the right foods to reach your calorie goal and get in plenty of protein and fibre. Tails

Started my cut Monday - we'll see

Run your figures through the TDEE calculator again, for me I'd say you need to up slightly but the calc will tell you - good luck!

It's scary, but just do it - it does work!

Afternoon all! I'm Tahli, 26 from High Wycombe, UK. I came across this group by finally venturing in to the message board function of this site. My profile will give you full info, basically I started out at 15 stone 7lb, now hovering around the 10 stone mark. In January of this year I made myself very ill, eating around…

I do, but by the end of the week it's gone again. It's what our bodies do - don't worry about the scales so much around 'the time' and just eat healty and listen to your body..
