Thanks for the advice. My sodium inake is low but I do drink ALOT of water.. 7-8 glasses/day. I'll try and drop one session in the gym and see what happens.

Hiya, exercise alone wont make any difference (in my opinion anyway). I believe its an 80:20 between food and exercise. Just keep to your calorie allowance every day and eat a good varied diet, that way you wont get bored of eating healthily. I've lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks - If I can do it - you can too :)

No offense meant. but your co-worker sounds mental !! It's just another fad diet (think cabbage soup diet etc) Just stick to MFP and do some exercise - your excess pounds will come off just a little slower. I know what you mean - I work out 4 times a week, twice including strengh/weight stuff - however, when I add my strengh exercises to MFP its shows no cals burned what so ever ! Ok, so I dont do hundreds of reps but even lifting some weight still burns some calories. I just end up adding a few extra mins onto whatever…
