  • Just wanted to tell you try to stop cheating on the weekends just one or two weekends and see if you get better results. If you do, then you know that is part of the problem.
  • I have lost 21 pounds since the middle of February. Anywhere from 1.5 lbs to 3 lbs a week. Maybe your hitting a plateau. Just keep working at it and try changing up your routine. Here and there I have eaten over my calories on the weekend by about 400 and then I am really strict throughout the week and I see bigger results.

  • Thanks everyone for all your examples and advice! This is my 3rd baby that I am weaning, however, I have never been on a role like this with my weight loss, I have never paid attention to if I gained after I weaned the first two boys. Also, I did slowly wean. Thanks again! :flowerforyou:
