I recently joined Curve's.... If you are Canadian, than you know what I am talking about.

We love Curves in the US, too! Since it is a highly individualized workout, the calories burned vary widely from person to person. If you do the Curves Smart program, and know how many calories you burn at each workout, then you can add it in "create your own exercise" and just enter the calories you burn each time.0

or you can put in circuit training...I think that will give you a round about figure!0
