Hey, Matt from the South West of the UK here. I've been on here since Jan 2014 and so far have lost 120 lbs :) Such a great community of people. Looking for new friends for that final push for the last 14 lbs.

Hey Kat, I've lost 113 lbs so far in 2 years using this site. 20 more lbs to go and I'll hit my target in March some time. Support has been an incredible motivator for me so I couldn't recommend this site more. All the best, Matt

That's the spirit!! My main reason for being able to lose so much weight wasn't so much the dieting (although that obviously really helps) but upping my daily exercise from nothing to what it is now then seeing it as a way of life rather than a means to lose weight. Hey all! Looking for friends for that final push to the end. I've lost 91 lbs so far - only 9 lbs to the big 100, then another 14 lbs and I'm done.

I started in Jan 14 at 22st 1lb and am just about to hit 16st which is a little early as I was aiming for 6 stone by the end of the year. Goals for 2015 are toning up and losing the final 2 stone.
