Since you can not do cardio. I love my $10.00 Pilates video I bought at Wal-Mart. It's called 10min Pilates solutions. There are sperate 10 min work outs for 1. abbs 2. buns/ and thighs 3. I do 30 min. on my elliptical for cardio and then 10 min with hand weights for a cool down. Just this last friday I added a 10 min pilates for abbs to the beginning of my workout as a sort of warm up. It's not easy at first but 1200 is doable. I found at first so I didn't feel hungry I found things I liked that were low calorie so I could have a bit more after a week or so of that. I was able to eat healthy portions of most things and still feel full. You can do it.

I love it this is so my problem!! The meaning of life is not on the plate under the chocolate cake not at the bottom of a carton of Cherry Garcia and certainly not in a syrup bottle or under the pancakes. Great thread here's to a month of WILL POWER

I take these and they don't bother me, but you do get the cafine feeling. If you are someone who is sensative to caffine then you shouldn't try them. I myself like the revved up feeling and since I gave up my morning coffe because of the extra calories fromt he cream and sugar they were a nice sub.
