one really good bit of advice i once read was not the half down half on pickup... it was half down on order.. and the remaining balance due by a certain date. No full payment say a week before delivery.( make sure a check clears).. no cake...

I work in a chiropractic office and health is a prime focus. I've never been lectured, nagged or otherwise over the last 10 years which is great... but they are also among my biggest supporters.. along with tons of our patients. Nothing like constant positive reinforcement, lol

my first 2 suggestions would be to eat more frequently. I notice a lot of days you don't eat breakfast. My breakfasts average around 200 cal... take seconds to make ( chobani yogurt or half a bagel with reduced fat ww cream cheese) and you need to start really watching and limiting your sodium. ok.. just went for a walk after downloading the Endomodo app for my phone... have to say it was great! I was going to drive the route i take to see how long it was and the endomodo app did that for me and told me how fast i was going ( walking).. thanks for the recommendation!

I have the original Nook and the new Nook Color. I primarily use the Nook color as its been rooted and is now a fully functional Android tablet... I'm undecided on my old Nook. Lol we have a muffin in a cellophane wrapper in our office. It's got to be close to a year that its been there and it hasn't changes a bit! We keep it as our experiment...its still soft even...not dried out at all...no mold. Definitely not eating that brand anymore lol
