These are the best...I cut them up into little "nuggets", great for a quick fix. I did need a little bit of salt. This will be my go-to afternoon or evening snack. Thanks again.

These turned out great!!! Although I watch my sodium, I needed a little bit of salt. Next batch, think I'll smear with a thin layer of peanut butter and some crushed mixed salted nuts. Thanks for this, so easy. I'll get 30 little snacks out of this recipe!

Sweet fruits, let it sit, add a little cinnamon. I have a stevia plant, I pluck a leaf or two and chop that in as well. Otherwise, if you add blueberries, squish them up a little bit. Add a drizzle of honey.

I put EVERYTHING in the juicer. Fruits, veggies, herbs. I don't know how to log it, but, it's definitely worth it. Okay, here goes. I made crockpot yogurt with skim milk. Love it. I strain it through coffee filters and the result is creamy yogurt and a LOT of whey. I just pour the whey into glasses, cover in the frig. Use the whey like buttermilk, but 1c. of whey is 59 calories, 1c. of buttermilk is 137. And yogurt calories are far…

I have a small dish of oatmeal with honey. Or a little warm milk with honey. I think they both help me feel satisfied and let me sleep through the night.
