Another Question
Does it really matter when I finish eating in the evening? I don't eat quick stuff, usually prepare and cook my dinner. So, it can get a little late. Does that really matter? And I try to clean up as I go, so by the time I sit down, it's...a little late.

Ranch Dressing
Just made a GREAT Ranch Dressing. Used my homemade yogurt instead of sour cream (calorie savings there), used my reserved whey instead of buttermilk (LOTS of calorie savings there, too). Used some mayo, rice vinegar and lots of herbs. It really tastes just like good ol' Ranch Dressing. I'm amazed!!

I have never worn a 2 piece bathing suit. Chunky as a kid, belly fat the rest of my life, although thin everywhere else. I am daily reducing the belly fat, thanks to being here. Plan to wear a 2 piece this summer, still have 3 months to make that a reality. Gonna do it!
