Homemade Yogurt

So, I made homemade yogurt in the crockpot. I was a bit disappointed in the morning as it was way thinner than I expected. So I let it sit for the rest of the day and it tightened up. Then I strained it. It is perfect. Now here's my question. What to do with all the whey. I don't want to throw it away...can't make more yogurt, I have enough for quite a while. I know it's protein and I don't mind drinking it, but would like to what the nutritional info is. Anyone know?

The whey can be used in place of liquid when making bread or muffins. Here's the nutitional info: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/dairy-and-egg-products/100/2

Maybe too late, but you can mix it with some juice too. I know in Germany, they actually sell whey as a beverage in the dairy section, often fruit flavored
