Another Sugar Question

I have never typically gone over on my sugars, but I have never typically eaten a lot of fruit. So now, after buying my juicer, I'm adding grapes, carrots, celery, apples, etc. And, I love it. But I see that one glass of that juice has my entire sugar allotment for the day. That doesn't worry me since it is from fruit.
Here's my question. Should I then eliminate any other sugar for the day, or should I subtract the natural sugar numbers from my allotted daily amount? :huh:

Sugar is sugar.... whether it comes from fruits, juices, or a bag, it should all be counted as caloric intake. Yes, there are different types of sugar, but they from a metabolic standpoint, sugar is still sugar....Most authorities would indicate that fruit and juice consumption be watched just as closely as any other source of carbohydrate calories.
