Just made a few tweaks

Just some of the things that have helped me...and with so little effort.

I've always been a fairly healthy eater, BUT, never ate breakfast or lunch, then had a really good dinner. Lean meat, fresh veggies. It was okay, but not the best.

Now, I try to do this
1. Eat breakfast (usually yogurt, oatmeal, and berries). Still have my coffee.
2. Still not big on lunch...sometimes just a couple of crackers with peanut butter.
3. Same dinner as before, but substitute yogurt where I can for half of my mayonnaise or sour cream in recipes.
4. ALWAYS have an evening snack...just a little something to make me happy, while watching the calories.
5. Have a glass of skim milk with a little bit of honey before bed. Supposedly good for a good night's sleep, which is supposedly good for weight loss.

I have actually seen some improvements, not so much in weight, but in body structure. My biggest downfall is the water, and I'm working on that!
