I'm sick, need some suggestions
Sick as a dog today. Don't want to eat a thing...actually a bit afraid to. Had this bug for about 24 hours earlier in the week, then back again today. Any suggestions for gentle foods that I may have around the house? Do NOT want to go out of the house.

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Bread with Herbs
No knead, no yeast! Just made this yesterday, needs some tweaking, but pretty good as is. I used several recipes, then combined to make this one. Inconsistent
Just wondering, I've been trying very hard to stick to the regimen here. Drink the water, watch the numbers, exercise. What happens if I don't for two days in a row. New here, looking to lose belly fat

Since I started my program, I opened my spice cabinet, dropped the salt shaker (most of the time). I even bought a basil and a parsley plant for the window sill. And if I can grow these, so can you. Cholesterol
I'm having a hard time staying under the cholesterol requirements. Although I have remaining calories, carbs, and fats, (usually over on the protein), when I jump to the full screen, the cholesterol is always too high.
