Inconsistent

Just wondering, I've been trying very hard to stick to the regimen here. Drink the water, watch the numbers, exercise. What happens if I don't for two days in a row. Am I jeopardizing all the good work? Or does each day start at zero? I've been working like crazy the past two days, no time for lunch, no time for water. Got the exercise from really running around. But, does the deficit add up? In other words, if I don't DO it all, do I RISK it all?

    Don't obsess over the numbers. And don't focus on perfection...focus on progress. A "bad day" here or there isn't going to sabotage all your hard work...just stick with it!
