I love mayonnaise

I love mayonnaise...and salt. As I tried to think of new ways to eat the tastes that I love, I have been experimenting. I haven't reached for the mayonnaise in a while, but this evening I was making chicken salad. So, I grabbed the mayo, no guilt involved, but used half of what I usually would have, added yogurt as the other half. MMM, so creamy. Instead of salt I added turmeric, dill, and cumin. Placed it on a tortilla with spinach and arugula, rolled it up. Didn't give up the mayo, just cut it in half, and no sacrifice.
A great dinner wrap. Now have room for a little dessert later!

Good for you!!! I also love mayo, but have switched to the olive oil variety and cut back on the amount as well.

There is a Laugh Cow recipe thread on here somewhere and I tried a recipe today-egg salad with Laughing Cow cheese instead of mayo. Delish!

Same here. I like that I get only good, unsaturated fats in it!

Great victory. You found a way to have the flavor you love, but also found a way to alter it in a healthy and fulfilling way.
