Is it really okay to be way under on carbs? I've noticed that sometimes at the end of my day I am way down on carbs. I rarely eat breads, but do eat beans. But if I didn't have the beans on my menu for the day, I'm under on the carbs. I'm pretty close each day on the fibers, fats, proteins. Should I really shoot for hitting the carbs each day, too?

Yeah I wouldn't worry so much about the carbs. As long as you are getting in your good carbs you should be fine.0

As long as you aren't feeling light-headed or notice your thinking become cloudy, never worry about being low on carbs.0

As long as you're eating good carbs, there's nothing to worry about.0

wouldn't stress about it esp since you are near fibre goal. in north america, carbohydrates are an issue in over consuming them0
