Anyone Watching Cholesterol?

I'm not a big eater, but am trying to eat three meals a day. Today, I skipped breakfast, had a small roast beef lunch meat sandwich for lunch, wasn't really hungry for dinner. I knew I should eat, so I thought I'd have an omelette for dinner, 2 eggs. When I looked into the second screen I saw that my cholesterol would have been close to 500 mg. So, I opted for a 1 egg asparagus omelette with some cheese. It was great, and satisfied me, but I'm still way under calories, and the advisor says I'll be in starvation mode. Trying to balance all of these, but can't seem to make it all match. I'm low on carbs, good on fiber, good on protein, low on calcium, low on fats, low on calories, low on sodium. So it looks like I need to increase my calories and calcium. Being low on others seems okay. Anyone have the magic daily diet?

PS. I don't have a cholesterol problem, but since it's on the second screen I only pay attention to it once in a while. Today was kind of a wake up call.
