High Calorie Foods

Today's chart says I'm within 7gms of fat and 7gms of sugar, but I have a whopping 540 calories left for the day. How can I do this? I know many people say eat the calories and the rest will take care of itself, but I'm trying to eat healthier. How can I add 540 calories without throwing everything else out of whack? I've been eating full fat, since hydrogenated fats are considered questionable, I never add sugar to anything. And, I'm not particularly hungry anyway. So, what's the plan? Eat more fats and sugar, or leave the calories alone?

    I'm gonna take a short bike ride, then have a glass of wine. That'll add a calorie or two!!:ohwell:

    Bike ride felt great, just 10 minutes hard around the neighborhood! Beautiful evening.

    I just had that same exact problem tonight! I ended up having 1/4 cup of unsalted soy nuts. 130 calories and 5g of fat. I am still about 400 calories short, but I am at 1200...so that's good enough. Plus, it's 9:20pm and I'm not hungry anymore at all!!

    After my quick bike ride I drank 2 cups of skim milk and a scoop of whey powder, got me up there pretty quickly.

    Avacados (guacamole - yum!!!), roasted almosts, blue berry scone from starbucks, a bowl of oameal ith dried fruit and a little whipped cream.... OMG I am so hungry now!
  • I rarely have trouble hitting my calories for the day because I LOVE to eat,


    But peanut butter is very calorically dense and IMO tastes amazing.
  • I buy my skinny hubby this yougurt, it's called Liberté Méditerranée. It's 270 calories per cup, and it's the best thing I ever ate. Note that I don't ever eat it becuase of the calories, but omg it's good.
