  • it would be helpful to be able to unclutter my list from time to time by removing foods from my list. this is not asking to change MFPs database, it is simply asking for control over what comes up in "my foods" on my page. as a premium member it doesn't seem like too much to ask.

  • more than will admit it are dealing with the same situation. myself included. i think that the hard lesson to learn (for some) is that it has to be for yourself alone. all other motivating factors aside. glad to be sharing the re-dedication to a healthier lifestyle.
